Lentigen has developed a range of research Lentiviral vector (LV) particles that will express specific genes and/or gene silencing sequences. These ready-made Lentiviral vector particles have high titer and purity, and are available at a volume of 20µl with approximate titers of 108 TU/mL via Quantitative PCR (qPCR). Since Lentigen offers purified LV particles, your lab is not burdened with cell culture and transfection experiments associated with the manufacturing of lentiviral vectors. Simply apply these particles to cells for rapid transduction.
