Lentigen is focused on the development of novel biotherapeutics for the treatment of serious diseases with unmet need. Lentigen has recently opened enrollment for a phase I clinical trial in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania for the treatment of Leukemia. Lentigen also has several indications in pre-clinical development. These include a treatment for Glioblastoma (brain cancer), Melanoma (skin cancer), Graft vs Host Disease (leukemia and lymphoma) and Hemophilia A. Vaccine preclinical programs target Pandemic and Seasonal Influenza, Hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS. Protein therapeutics include cost efficient production of Erythropoietin and Factor VIII.
