Lentigen has partnered with PATH to accelerate the development of its VLP influenza vaccine program. The partnership will focus on the development of a H5N1 virus-like particle (VLP) prototype pandemic influenza vaccine that can be manufactured quickly and economically in large quantities to combat a global influenza pandemic, especially in low-income countries.

Lentigen is working with the University of Pennsylvania to develop new therapies for the treatment of various forms of Leukemia and selected malignancies such as breast and ovarian cancer.
Lentigen is collaborating with the University Hospitals of Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University to develop LG631, a treatment for Glioblastoma multiforme.

Lentigen is working with the US Army to develop new processes for the production of anti-anthrax monoclonal antibodies for the Nation's anthrax detection systems.


Lentigen is collaborating with Emory University and Expression Therapeutics to develop new therapies for the treatment of Hemophilia A. Two programs are being developed: (i) a novel Factor VIII protein with low inhibitor potential for injection and (ii) a stem cell gene therapy that could potentially cure patients from the disease.

Lentigen is working with scientists at the University of Chicago to develop novel therapies to treat melanoma and hepatocarcinoma.
